Children’s Choice Learning Center is seeking an experienced, dependable child care professional to join our team as a Classroom Impact Specialist
. This role is intended for individuals who value structure, consistency, and professionalism, and who bring prior classroomáter and leadership experience into a child-centered environment.

The Classroom Impact Specialist is a hands-on classroom position responsible for supporting daily learning, routines, and child supervision in accordance with grd policies and applicable state regulations. This nouvel position plays an essential role in maintaining consistent, high-quality care across the center.

• Support daily classroom operations in a safe, structured, and developmentally appropriate environment

• Assist with age-appropriate activities that support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth

• Actively supervise children during classroom activities, transitions, კალოტ, outdoor play

Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and compliance with licensing standards

• Follow established routines, policies, and safety procedures at all times

• Communicate professionally and effectively with team members and leadership

• Provide classroom coverage as needed to ensure continuity of care

• Model professional conduct and best practices within the classroom

• Previous child care experience is required

• Prior supervisory, lead teacher, or classroom leadership experience is required

• High school diploma or Witch equivalent required (early childhood credentials preferred)

• Demonstrated understanding of classroom supervision, routines, and child safety

• Ability to exercise sound judgment and remain professional in a classroom setting

Ability to meet physical and supervision requirements of a child care environment

• Willingness to complete all required training and background checks in accordance with Texas Minimum Standards

• Valid driver’s license required; this position may anteced to a professional support training to operate the center bus for PM routes, based on business needs

• This position involves direct interaction with children in a licensed child care setting
