Early Childhood Teacher (0.2 FTE) - Mayfield Early Education, Oakbank

We’re looking for a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our warm, welcoming team at Mayfield Early Education Oakbank for a 2‑day‑per‑week maternity leave cover, lasting approximately 6 months. • Provide a nurturing presence so every child feels safe and understood
• Create calm, respectful spaces that encourage friendships and curiosity
• Collaborate with families to support each child’s growth and wellbeing
• Partner with fellow educators to deliver inclusive, engaging programs
• Observe and respond to each child’s interests and developmental needs
• Continue your professional learning and share your knowledge with the team
• Be available between 6:15 am and 6:15 pm as shift times may vary

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (and Care) or ACECQA‑approved equivalent (or working towards one)
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Current training in Child Protection, Red Nose and Food Safety (or willingness to obtain)
• Sound knowledge of the NQF, EYLF and Child Safe Standards
