Sunday Nursery Lead

To provide a safe, loving, and Christ-centered environment where infants and toddlers are cared for while parents participate in church services or ministry activities.

Responsibilities:

• Greet families warmly and help with check-in/check-out procedures.
• Provide attentive, nurturing care to infants and toddlers, including feeding,
• diapering, and playtime.
• Lead or assist with simple age-appropriate activities (songs, Bible stories, play).
• Maintain a safe and clean nursery environment.
• Follow all church safety and security procedures (including child protection guidelines).
• Communicate with parents about their child’s experience as needed.
• Support fellow volunteers and work as a team.

Time Commitment:

• Weeknight Nursery:During Bible study, small group, or special events (varies, typically 1–2 hours).

Qualifications:

• A love for children and patience in caring for infants and toddlers.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Willing to follow church policies for child safety.
• Background check required.
