Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Plano, Texas
. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Business Analysis, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that our projects align with organizational goals.

• Conduct thorough business requirements analysis to identify and document business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements for new and existing systems.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases to guide development teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Support project management activities, including project planning, risk management, and status reporting.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end users as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Business Analysis.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Business Analysis methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with process modeling and improvement techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
• Experience in specific industries such as finance, healthcare, or technology.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related role.
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI PBA are a plus.
