As an Acosta Solutions Advisor, you will play a critical role in strengthening operational excellence by serving as a trusted subject matter expert, trainer, and process improvement partner across Acosta Solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing others, improving systems, and driving consistency and quality at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Acosta Solutions policies, procedures, systems, and processes across multiple geographical areas, acting as a go-to resource for associates and leaders alike.
  • Train and mentor Acosta Solutions associates on job responsibilities, core systems, and end‑to‑end processes by delivering clear, engaging, and effective learning experiences – both formally and through hands‑on, side‑by‑side support.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance training materials and documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring all content is accurate, current, and easy to follow. Documentation is maintained within Acosta platforms such as Acosta Relay, SharePoint, and Acosta Go.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve automation, and increase clean pass rates across orders, claims, and promotions. Partner with leadership by submitting thoughtful recommendations and change requests.
  • Analyze Business Process Solutions (BPS) key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor trends, and investigate variances from standards to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Resolve basic system and process issues by applying functional knowledge, leveraging reporting, and identifying recurring challenges that impact quality, efficiency, or service levels.
  • Support system and process testing efforts by ensuring enhancements and changes are thoroughly reviewed, validated, and aligned with operational requirements prior to implementation.
  • Help establish and monitor production and quality standards, contributing to performance management reporting and continuous measurement of success.
  • Collaborate with BPS and Sales Finance leadership to review performance results, share insights, and provide guidance that supports consistent service delivery and operational excellence.
  • Manage and maintain trackers related to training, work‑withs, tasks, and projects, ensuring timelines are met and progress is clearly communicated to leadership.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally across teams and functions, delivering clear written documentation and confident verbal communication in meetings, training sessions, and working forums.
  • Support project management efforts, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are informed of status, risks, and next steps.
  • Travel up to 25% as needed to support training, process initiatives, and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of Acosta Solutions business objectives.
Qualifications Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • In‑depth understanding of Acosta Solutions processes across all roles, enabling effective training, operational support, and system/process testing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to efficiently manage information and documentation.
  • Ability to retain and apply information to stay current on evolving systems, processes, and policies.
  • Excellent organization and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong written communication skills to create clear, concise documentation and training materials.
