You will participate in rotations, across different teams in the OCOO organization, being assigned to specific projects with goal setting and clear metrics of accomplishments through the duration of your stay.

Upon graduation after the 1-2-year program, you would be a candidate to be assigned to a final placement based on your performance, skills developed, profile preference, and business needs. This end‑to‑end structure differentiates PREP as a strategic talent pipeline for OCOO.
