Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for eCommerce to lead the Cart & Checkout experience. This hybrid role is located in our NYC office. Foot Locker will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization or offer any immigration support for this position.
As Sr. Product Manager, you will define and execute strategic direction for our online shopping experience, working closely with business partners and experts to identify solutions, unlock digital assets, and solve complex problems.
Responsibilities- Develop and communicate a compelling product strategy and vision for a global ecommerce experience, supporting multiple regions, languages and markets in alignment with Foot Locker’s business objectives.
- Lead agile pods, focusing on delivery and value creation against aligned objectives and OKRs.
- Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap outlining prioritized features, enhancements, and innovations.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, merchandising and other departments to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, leveraging insights to drive product decisions.
- Deeply understand customer behavior, preferences and pain points through user research, data analysis and direct interactions, translating insights into actionable product improvements.
- Lead end-to-end product development processes from concept to launch, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Define and track OKRs, regularly assess performance, and iterate to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate product updates, progress and insights to executive leadership, stakeholders and relevant teams.
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience focused on eCommerce shopping experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree a plus.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices and features that deliver outstanding, memorable online shopping experiences.
- Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.
- Proven ability to think strategically, define product strategies and translate them into actionable plans driving business outcomes.
- Leadership skills: ability to lead cross-functional teams and inspire others to achieve product goals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, conveying complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset: strong analytical and problem-solving skills leveraging data-driven insights.

BenefitsThe annual base salary range is $133,000–$170,000 per year. This role may also be eligible for short-term incentives aligned with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by experience, skills, and market data.
