Location: Anson
Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with suppliers on technical and procurement matters
- Track status of any orders and monitor supplier on time delivery
- Review and extract information from technical drawings and data
- Track and update drawing/work package configuration
- Assist in sourcing of suitable suppliers and process purchases
- Perform general record-keeping, office duties and any others as assigned
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in procurement (in Marine purchasing function preferred)
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially knowledge with Excel
- Logistics knowledge for Shipment Arrangement
