Operations Executive; Crude​/Lng​/Petrochemicals

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review and manage trade contracts in accordance with internal business standards and contractual requirements.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (trading, finance, logistics and legal) to facilitate Letters of Credit (LC) applications and bank negotiations.

• Liaise with insurance providers to arrange and secure cargo transportation insurance coverage.

• Manage end-to-end transportation and trade documentation, including pre-checking export LCs and ensuring compliant document presentation in line with regulatory and contractual requirements.

• Communicate with banks to resolve discrepancies and issues arising from shipping and trade documents.

• Monitor and track accounts payable and receivable with counter parties to ensure timely payments and collections.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely submission of all operational and financial documentation to relevant stakeholders.

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain or related disciplines.

• Prior experience in trading operations for LNG, coal or crude oil preferred.
