We are seeking a dynamic, focused, and motivated team member to serve the role of Sales Team Assistant. The Sales Team Assistant will support our Sales Team by actively engaging with our customers via inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, text messages and livechats. They will follow up with existing customers directly, assist in the pursuit of new customers, and will distribute discovered leads and opportunities to Sales Reps.

• Customer Engagement:
  Assist our Sales Team in pursuing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers through phone, email, and live chat communication.
