OverviewWe’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales and Project Support Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This is a multifaceted position — part inside sales, part project coordination, part sourcing — supporting customers from RFQ through delivery and invoicing.
If you’re a self-starter who enjoys variety, ownership, and seeing projects through cradle to grave, you’ll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to incoming RFQs: review requirements, prepare detailed quotations, and follow up with customers.
- Source products and materials — including pipe, fittings, flanges, valves, and specialty items for refinery, petrochemical, and data center clients.
- Coordinate fabrication and repair projects from order entry to final delivery.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to manage pricing, lead times, and material availability.
- Expedite orders and assist with shipping, receiving, and logistics when necessary.
- Maintain records and reports of open quotes, orders, and active projects in company systems.
- Assist with invoicing and ensure all transactions are processed accurately and on time.
- Support customers and outside sales with product information, pricing, and order updates.
- Work closely with fabrication and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality service.
- Experience in inside sales, customer support, or project coordination within industrial, fabrication, or distribution settings.
- Familiarity with industrial products such as pipe, fittings, flanges, valves, and structural components.
- Strong sourcing and procurement abilities.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and communicating with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Quick Books (or similar ERP/accounting systems)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Airtable (project tracking)
- Linked In (supplier and customer networking)
- CRM software (Hub Spot, Zoho, etc. — a plus)
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
