• Have at least 3 years of Service Advisor, Service Drive Manager, or Assistant Service Manager Experience
• A verifiable track record of Growing the Business and High Customer Satisfaction
• Pass Background, Drug Screen, and have a valid Driver's License
• Have the ability to attain and maintain Manufacturer Certifications within 120 days of hire
• Have proficiency with Microsoft Office and Dealership Computer Systems

• Sit or stand for long periods of time
• Bend, stoop, lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds as needed to support dealership operations.
