As an Automotive Technician / Mechanic, you will be the driving force behind our commitment to customer satisfaction. We’re seeking energetic individuals who thrive on solving challenges and are dedicated to doing what’s right for our guests.

• Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service.
• Gain hands-on experience with a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with your team to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department to resolve issues.
• Work alongside fellow technicians to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding results.

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• A commitment to meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
• A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
• A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.

• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Capable of working in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Ability to walk or stand for the majority of the workday.
• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Proficient in navigating a computer.
