Your RoleAs an Automotive/Diesel Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing vehicles while ensuring our guests receive top-notch service. Your expertise will help us maintain our high standards and deliver distinguished results.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests.
- Gain experience across a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
- Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot guest concerns effectively.
- Promote and adhere to our safety, cleanliness, and organization standards.
- Communicate guest concerns clearly with the service department.
- Work together with fellow technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to serve guests.
- 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- Diesel Technician/Mechanic experience is required.
- Knowledge of diesel fuel systems.
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
- Ability to diagnose and repair all makes/models of vehicles.
- Aptitude for learning new skills and processes.
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
- Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
- Navigate tight spaces as needed for repairs.
- Demonstrate dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
- Stand or walk for the majority of your workday.
- Drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Efficiently navigate a computer.
