When David LeMeilleur founded our company in 1998, we were one of the few independent repair shops investing in continuing education and cutting‑edge equipment. As our Automotive Service Manager, you'll be the bridge between customers, technicians, and leadership—ensuring every repair is handled with clarity, care, and consistency.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing shop workflow and technician productivity
• Communicating with customers about diagnostics, estimates, timelines, and repairs
• Ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and proper parts usage
• Overseeing work orders, cost control, and repair estimates
• Supporting and guiding technicians to succeed and grow
• Maintaining compliance with diesel standards and DOT regulations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in diesel repair or heavy equipment environments
• Experience managing technicians and shop workflows
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, diagnostics, and DOT regulations
• Ability்கள் to estimate repairs, manage work orders, and control costs
• Basic proficiency with shop management software and parts systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
