Automotive Service Writer - Auto Service Advisor

ATL Automotive Group is currently hiring for a full-time Automotive Service Writer - Auto Service Advisor to keep our customers informed and provide them with excellent customer service in the San Saba, TX area. This position earns a competitive salary of up to $1400 a week plus bonuses.

This position works in our auto repair shop from 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

As an Automotive Service Writer - Auto Service Advisor, you're the vital connection between our customers and technicians. You greet clients as they come into our shop while offering them the type of courteous customer service they will never forget. While discussing services or repairs, you prioritize requests and offer options for other services to benefit their vehicles. Always honest and upfront, our customers trust your recommendations and feel like we have their best interests at heart.

Attentive to their circumstances, you keep them informed on completion times, service expenses, and any changes that occur. You also balance the schedule to make sure that our technicians' time is optimized so that we are meeting our forecasted sales. Efficient and organized, you keep our technicians busy and our auto repair shop running like a well-oiled machine. You feel great knowing you're making our customers happy and helping them quickly and safely return to the road!
