General administration responsibilities – including without limitation managing online filing of PDFs and scanning documents, mails / courier collection and management, office management related tasks (eg. purchasing of office supplies), updating of general office expenditure items such as stationery.
Front office duties
, receiving and attending to clients, maintaining a professional client reception experience.
Providing customer service support to clients of the firm, eg. receiving enquiries, forwarding enquiries to management, liaising with clientele.
Assisting our Corporate Service Executives and Directors in various tasks, such as following up on emails, drafting emails and phone enquiries, liaising with third party service (eg. bankers), arranging for physical delivery and collection of mails, documents, parcels, corporate gifts etc.
