Location: Anson
Sales Admin Officer (Automotive Industry)
Salary: $2,500 – $2,600
Location:
Ubi
Working Hours:
Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm
Alt Sat: 9am – 1pm
Benefits:

- Process Vehicle Purchase Agreements (VPA) and related documentation
- Submit settlement requests to banks/finance institutions for quotations
- Coordinate and communicate settlement quotes with sales executives and support teams
- Verify finance clearance via HPFLAS and submit Form A
- Ensure all documents are duly endorsed by Management
- Liaise with dealers on settlement confirmations and vehicle collection arrangements
- Upload, update, and maintain VPA records in PCMS
- Prepare, organize, and submit complete documentation to the Finance Department
- Handle Vehicle Delivery Requests (VDR), including post-handover matters
- Ensure settlement quotations remain valid prior to submission
- Monitor dealer payments, banking of cheques, and follow up on transfers
- Update records, close files, and ensure proper filing
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- At least 2 years of sales administration experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
