Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily facility operations, HR coordination, and business office functions. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, accurate documentation, and strong support for facility leadership and staff.

Your Impact as an Administrative AssistantIn this role, you will:
Manage communication by answering phones, returning messages, and directing inquiries appropriately
Support employee onboarding, pay rate changes, and personnel record maintenance
Assist with recruitment coordination, application screening, and interview scheduling
Respond to payroll and employee record inquiries while maintaining confidentiality
Support accounts receivable processes, including assisting with collections and documentation
Help process private pay billing and verify financial information for admissions
Assist with insurance and Medicare claim documentation and follow-up
Maintain accurate records related to resident trust funds and financial files
Coordinate mail, supply ordering, data entry, and general office reporting
Participate in interdisciplinary communication regarding admissions, discharges, and payer updates
Provide backup support to ensure consistent office coverage
Serve as a welcoming and professional resource for staff, residents, vendors, and families
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
Has 2+ years of administrative, HR, payroll, or business office experience (long-term care preferred)
Demonstrates strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Has experience with accounts receivable or general financial processes
Is proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and general computer systems
Maintains confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive matters
Communicates clearly and effectively with all levels of staff
Meets deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
Shows genuine care and respect for elderly and disabled individuals
