Location: Anson
Admin and Accounts Officer
Salary: $2500 - $3200
Location:
Ubi
Working Hours:
Mon – Thur: 9am – 6:15pm
Fri: 9am – 6pm
Sat: 9am – 1pm (once a month only)
Benefits:
Bonus, 14 days AL, Medical Allowance
- Review car registration files to ensure accuracy of payments, documentation, approvals, and remarks.
- Perform vehicle registration via LTA Link system.
- Update and maintain registration records.
- Process applicable refund cheques.
- Order car number plates from Europlate Design.
- Submit IU commissioning requests to Indecco.
- Issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly reports, including showroom inventory, car financing analysis, and sales analysis.
- Prepare and post sales ledger journals (e.g. deposit transfers, visa waivers).
- Assist with other ad-hoc administrative and accounting duties as assigned.
- Minimum NITEC or equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior accounts and invoicing experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Meticulous, well‑organised, and able to work independently.
