Location: Anson
PDI Coordinator
Salary: $2,500 – $2,800 + OT
Location:
Ubi
Monday – Friday: 8am – 5:30pm
Alternate Saturday: 8am – 12pm
BenefitsBonus, 14 days AL, Medical Allowance
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and oversee Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) operations
- Prepare and manage PDI documentation, including job cards, invoices, warranty claims, purchase orders, and goods receipt notes
- Assign and monitor PDI tasks for technicians
- Liaise with contractors to arrange required PDI work
- Conduct quality checks on PDI work performed by technicians and contractors
- Ensure new vehicles meet quality standards and customer expectations prior to delivery
- Provide administrative and technical support to the Sales team during vehicle delivery
- Follow up on any outstanding PDI matters after vehicle delivery
- Perform other duties as assigned
- NTC 2 in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant PDI experience
- Valid Class 3 driving licence
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Good teamwork and coordination skills
