Inventory and Sales Support Assistant; Inventory Control

Job Responsibilities

• Plan the purchasing of parts, following the regulations of HQ in Japan.
• Liaise and discuss with HQ in Japan to clarify the purchasing plan rules.
• Ensure that the daily operations comply with the company regulations.
• Report any issues or risks relevant to inventory control operations.
• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory (accurately record the quality, quantity, functional life, and any other status of the inventory conditions)
• Conduct month-end stock stakes.
• Liaise with forwarders, arranging deliveries to customers, prepare items and documentation for delivery.
• Assist in the management of measuring instruments which are kept in office.
• Assist in laser related license application.
• Support the preparation of sales quotations.
• Update order status promptly after receiving purchase orders.

• Have at least 1-2 years of related work experience or have knowledge in inventory control.
• Have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Words.

• Meticulous.
• A team player.
• Has strong interpersonal skills with good oral and written communication skills.
