Applications for the post of Administrative Officer:
Assets, are invited from dynamic and vibrant professionals who constantly strive for personal growth and self-improvement. Applicants must be client and service oriented with proven prior administrative experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key responsibility areas:
- Keep an accurate and updated register of all movable assets under the control of the Residential Services department
- Conduct regular verification audits of all movable assets under the control of the department according to all relevant policies and procedures.
- Assist in the effective and efficient procurement of goods and services for the Residential Services department
- Provide effective and efficient administrative support to Residential Services special projects according to all relevant policies and procedures.
- Support department-wide initiatives by working collaboratively across different residences
- National Certificate or Higher Certificate at (NQF
5), preferably (Assets & Finance) - 2 to 5 years relevant work experience in an educational environment.
- Prior experience in assets management or facilities management and coordination
- A valid SA driver’s license for a minimum of 2 years
