About the roleWe are looking to add anEPC Project Coordinator to our growing
EPC Team. As aEPC Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in construction projects, progress reports, and financial project updates for the EPC Director. Project Coordinators assist in the initial project planning phase, working closely with construction, operations, inventory, contractors and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
This is a fully onsite role supporting operations at Rockdale, TX facility.
- Project Coordinators support contract administration activities, including reviewing contract terms, processing invoices, and managing subcontractor relationships.
- Coordinate the procurement and allocation of resources required for the project, such as materials, equipment, and manpower. This may involve liaising with vendors, managing inventory, and ensuring that resources are available as needed to support project activities.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Maintain accurate project documentation is vital for tracking progress, documenting decisions, and ensuring accountability. Coordinators may be responsible for maintaining records of contracts, permits, change orders, and other project‑related documents.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Excel and Word. Capable of learning new programs.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, excellent time management skills, and able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, and evolving work environment.
- Comfortable managing multiple and changing priorities, and meeting deadlines in an construction environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and project or construction management software.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Capacity to adapt to changing project demands and timelines.
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Planning and organization skills.
- Knowledge of scheduling and use of scheduling tools or software.
- Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required – some college highly preferred.
- 3 years of experience in construction services, administrative support, contract administration, or construction project management.
- Proficiency in using construction‑related software and tools, such as project management software, and scheduling tools.
- Advanced math skills are desired.
