What You’ll Do As Our Administrative Assistant - Dispatcher- Dispatch and Scheduling:
Receive and prioritize incoming calls, including emergency requests. Schedule and dispatch technicians and equipment to ensure timely service. - Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, technicians, and management, providing updates and resolving inquiries promptly. - Administrative Tasks:
Prepare and maintain work orders, service reports, and inventory logs. Assist with scheduling, invoicing, and filing. - Project and Event Support:
Actively participate in company projects and events to support organizational success.
- 2+ years of experience in dispatching
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of confidentiality
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team-oriented with a positive and motivating attitude
- Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical dispatching is preferred
- Previous experience with House Call Pro is a bonus!
- $19-$21 per hour
- Multiple shifts offered:
Monday through Friday, 7 am-4 pm or 8 am-5 pm, with overtime available - Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
