• At least 2 years of experience in inventory, reconciliation, or invoicing (light industrial preferred)
• Strong data entry skills (Data Entry Assessment required)
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

What You'll Do:

• Be the first point of contact - answer phones and respond to emails professionally
• Enter high volumes of inventory and production data with speed and accuracy
• Process work orders, back orders, and accessories
• Manage production transactions in JDE
• Research and resolve inventory or production discrepancies
• Maintain accurate filing of work orders, logs, and documentation
• Confirm shipments as orders leave the facility
• Provide additional administrative support as needed
