Pride Staff - Up to $20000.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Manage the front entrance by buzzing in vehicles, signing visitors in/out, and maintaining strict facility security protocols.;
Assist with truck dispatching as they arrive and coordinate effectively with delivery drivers and vendors.;
Support HR and Assistant with timeentry, PTO tracking, and maintaining digital document retention (scanning/filing).;
Utilize MS Excel for data entry, tracking production info, and generating basic reports.;
Answer and route high-volume calls; manage interview scheduling for skilled trades (Welders/Fitters).
