Position Overview

Augment Professional Services (APS) is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Field Office Assistant to support EPC project teams on active construction sites. This role provides administrative, document control, and coordination support to field management, engineering, safety, and construction personnel on projects that may include Power Transmission & Distribution (T&D),
industrial
, or other large-scale infrastructure work. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced field office environment supporting multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to field leadership, including Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and Safety staff
  • Manage field office operations, including phones, email, filing systems, office supplies, and visitor coordination
  • Assist with document control, including drawings, RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and daily reports
  • Support onboarding and badging of craft labor, field staff, and subcontractors
  • Track and process timesheets, manpower logs, and basic cost or productivity reports as required
  • Maintain training, safety, and compliance documentation in coordination with site Safety personnel
  • Coordinate meetings, site orientations, and project communications
  • Assist with material tracking, delivery logs, and basic procurement documentation
  • Interface professionally with client representatives, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Support project closeout documentation and record retention
