Senior Accounts Executive; Accounting Firm​/Set

Job Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, tax computations, and statutory filings.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and relevant regulatory requirements, including tax regulations.

• Handle full sets of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

• Review work prepared by team members and provide constructive guidance to support quality and professional development.

• Communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, auditors, and relevant authorities.

• Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.

• Maintain proper documentation and organised accounting records in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) or progress towards certification is advantageous.

• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience in a professional services, corporate services, or similar environment.

• Working knowledge of SFRS and corporate tax principles.

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
