Accounts Manager - Accounting Firm

• Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:30am – 6:30pm, Friday: 9:30am – 5:30pm

• Location: East

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of accounting and tax executives, ensuring consistent performance and professional development.

• Manage daily departmental operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with statutory deadlines.

• Review full sets of accounts, GST filings, unaudited financial statements, and corporate tax computations.

• Ensure all client deliverables meet regulatory requirements and agreed timelines.

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.

• Address client queries promptly and ensure a high level of service satisfaction.

• Support the sales team with client onboarding, documentation, grant‑related coordination, and deadline tracking.

• Assist with quotations, billing, and communication of service scope and deliverables to clients.

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, tax, or corporate secretarial work.

• Experience in accounting or audit firms is an advantage.

• Prior experience in team leadership or supervision preferred.

• Strong working knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST, and corporate tax regulations.

• Familiarity with cloud accounting systems such as Xero is an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑centric mindset.

• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively.

• Self‑motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
