Accounting - Senior Specialist

Job Description

• Recording all business transactions of WFV Pte. Ltd (the “Company”) and the Service Entities, with proper supporting documents, in line with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
• Closing all accounting accounts and preparing the financial statements of the Company and the Service Entities on monthly basis by the 10th of the following month.
• Preparing annual budgets of the Company in accordance with the direction of GM, and the annual budgets of the Serviced Entities in coordination with other functions of the Service Entities.
• Quarterly consolidating the financials of designated groups.
• Executing or accommodating with the external CPA’s in Singapore for the yearly statutory financial report or audited financial statements in a timely manner.
• Executing registrations, filings and/or payments in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations in Singapore.
• Provision of annual returns of the Service Entities to file with registered agents.
• Creating invoices of the designated entities, if any.
• Keeping all accounting records in good order and in safe custody, to comply with the relevant laws, regulations or Document Control Manual for a certain.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting;
  Master’s degree is a plus.
• At least 10 years of proven working experience in accounting in Singapore.
• More than 3 years of experience in auditing in an accounting firm in Singapore.
• Personality traits of responsibility, discipline, proactiveness, reliability, detail-orientation and consistency.

• Adequate knowledge of accounting principles and corporate taxation of Singapore.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Experience in consolidation of financial statements (of parent and sub as well as headquarters and branches) and associated accounting treatment.
• Being familiar with statutory requirements including financial accounting and corporate taxation.
