Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Accountant to join a growing company in Argyle, Texas. This role will lead key aspects of revenue accounting, subscription billing, and month-end close. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and review weekly and monthly customer invoices
• Calculate, report, and record deferred revenue (bi-weekly and monthly)
• Review and assist in drafting revenue contracts; maintain organized contract repository
• Lead core components of the month-end close process, including journal entries, intercompany transactions, and financial statement support in accordance with US GAAP
• Manage subscription billing operations in partnership with Sales and Customer Support
• Prepare monthly/quarterly commission and royalty statements and payment summaries
• Support annual audit process, including preparation of work papers and direct auditor coordination
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations
• Identify and implement process improvements within accounting operations
• Support forecasting, budgeting, tax filings, and ad hoc financial reporting
• Ensure adherence to internal controls
• Assist with special projects as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Public accounting experience preferred
• Experience with intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• SaaS experience strongly preferred, including working knowledge of ASC 606
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and full-cycle accounting
• Advanced Excel skills (complex models, automation, data analysis)
• Ability to analyze complex requests and leverage multiple systems/tools to solve problems
• Strong communication skills and proven track record of performance
