We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to manage and support financial operations. This role is critical to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting billing and reporting processes.

Schedule:

Part-Time | 30–40 hours per week

Position Type:
In-Office

• Accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Bank, credit card, and merchant reconciliations
• Receipt, invoice, and expense tracking
• Billing and job cost support
• Financial reporting and recordkeeping
• Payroll support and timesheet review
• Maintain organized accounting files
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy
• Monthly reporting to Workers' Compensation insurance
• Manage and maintain expense software for multiple entities

• Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency
• Accounting software experience preferred
• Construction or job-cost accounting a plus
