Monday through Friday: 8-5 pm

$18-$20/hour, dependent on experience

• Assist with general accounting duties, dealer trades, inventory stock in, and payables.
• Assist the Title Administrator with preparing and submitting all title work relating to retail and wholesale deals via Web Dealer.
• Assist with processing out-of-state transactions.
• Calculate sales taxes, title transfer fees, registration fees, and all other applicable governmental fees.
• Identify any missing or incorrect title documents, communicate with Sales and F&I managers, and follow up on missing paperwork.
• Ensure all title work is submitted to DMV offices within required deadlines.
• Reconciling accounting schedules, issue title work refund checks to customers as needed.

• Bookkeeping/Accounting Experience is required.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 1 year or more of experience in automotive dealerships would be a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel. CDK experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• All potential employees must pass pre‑employment testing, which includes a background check and drug screen.
