We are seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs and to work with an expert team providing you with advanced tax training.

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools—video, phone, and chat
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• All certification levels can provide tax notice services
• Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation
• Mentor and support teammates
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment*

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (preferred)
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification (preferred)
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership)
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews
• Experience with tax planning and audit support
• Sales and/or marketing experience
• Must meet IRS and applicable state requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent or higher
