Facility and Equipment Maintenance Technician
Location: Greater Houston Area
Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:
- Fitness Equipment repair
- Fitness Equipment preventive maintenance
- General facility maintenance, including minor electrical, plumbing, painting, and sheet rock
Candidate must have:
- Physical ability to move gym equipment
- Team player attitude
- Mechanical aptitude
- Computer literacy a must
- Ability to work with tools
- Valid US Work Authorization
- Valid Driver's License
Salaried position with benefits. Compensation dependent upon experience and applicable certifications.
Pay: $20-$25 per hour

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Mechanical repair on Fitness Equipment: 1 year (Preferred)
- General Contractor Work: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer literacy in spreadsheets, email, and maintenance programs
License/Certification:
- Texas Driver’s License (Required)
- Life Fitness Certifications (Preferred)
- Matrix Certification (Preferred)
