Primary Purpose: The successful individual will leverage their retail proficiency to drive sales, elevate the customer experience, and strengthen the Kate Spade brand in the store.

Building Brand Equity

• Communicates the Kate Spade new York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to sales team and customers.
• Builds strong relationships as a brand ambassador.
• Conveys client feedback to management to elevate service and sales.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity.

Operational Excellence

• Performs and supervises store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, and securing the facility.

• Strong communication skills.
• Proven contribution to an elevated selling culture.
• Elevated sense of personal style.

• Minimum 2‑3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

• Available to work the store schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Standing for extended periods.
• Safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable climbing ladders.

Base Pay Range $15.00–$17.75  Tapestry will comply with minimum wage requirements and any other applicable pay laws based on city, county, and state regulations.
