• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the operating fleire state
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (Aveanna can assist with obtaining after hire, if necessary)
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation required
