ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist with developing, instituting, and improving the cross‑functional processes and procedures regarding project management, work management, and cost estimating.
- Assist with integrating corporate initiatives such as safety, environmental, reliability improvement programs into the corporatelicts CMP process and procedures for large electric construction projects.
- Affirm the project delivery of large scale construction projects; lead internal and external meetings.
- Identify, assess, and implement corporate programs related to project management, cost estimation, planning, and scheduling, including software and other tools.
- Forecast, document, verify, and report all variances to management.
- Compile, chart, and report weekly, monthly, and yearly on Project Management Performance Measures Mand to management.
- Work with management to define, coordinate, and manage project requirements to ensure labor and material resources are deployed for timeliness, efficiency and success of project delivery.
- Conduct project performance, cost, scheduling studies, and evaluations that require advanced and innovative project management techniques and/or modifications of standard practices and concepts.
- May be required to work on special projects and other assigned duties.

- MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
:
Bachelor's degree in a related field with five to six years of related experience in construction and operations management and project management, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience related to the discipline. - CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
:
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Six Sigma certification are preferred. Must possess a current, legally valid driver's license and meet the company's driving record requirements. - SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
:
Ability to coordinate and supervise activities over internal and external staff assigned to projects in a matrix management environment. - COMMUNICATION SKILLSREQS: Strong negotiation skills and ability to gain concessions without damaging relationships.
Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
Present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
Read, analyze and interpret complex documents.
Listen and get clarification to respond to a wide range of questions. - MATHICAL SKILLS
