Informal Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Professional Consulting Services for ERP System
The City of Texas City (“City”) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from experienced and qualified consulting firms (“Consultant”) to provide professional advisory services for the evaluation, selection, and procurement of a modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The City seeks a partner with deep municipal expertise to guide a structured, transparent, and data-driven process that aligns with best practices in public sector financial management, human resources, payroll, procurement, utility billing, GIS integration, and enterprise operations.
DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: Friday February 6, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
