This position will be part time. The primary function will be working the front counter in Admissions and Records. This will involve the intake of student information for the setup and maintenance of the student records in the Colleague system.
Preferred Education/Training/Experience- Associate degree and experience in an office environment or customer service.
- Bachelors degree and experience in Admissions and Records Office environment or similar.
- Business arithmetic;
- The use of specified computer applications involving the design and management of databases or spreadsheet files and the development of special report formats;
- Complex or technical office practices and procedures; record keeping practices;
- Applicable regulations, policies and statutes.
- Familiar working with Colleague/Ellucian, Excel, and Informer reporting.

Job DutiesPositions in this class typically require: stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, fingering, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions. Medium Work – Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.

$16.38/hour
