Ritter Communications is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Direct Sales Representative to join our Right Fiber team. This role is ideal for a high‑performing individual who thrives on face‑to‑face customer engagement, excels in persuasive communication, and is competitive in quota achievement.

• Connect with residential customers through door‑to‑door sales, distributing door hangers and attending community events.
• Conduct door‑to‑door outreach to promote Right Fiber internet, voice, and video services.
• Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, direct mail responses, business directories, Internet websites, and other sources.
• Make outbound lead follow‑up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e‑mail to qualify leads and sell products and services.
• Educate potential customers on product features, pricing, and promotional offers.
• Travel to customer sites, project areas, business related events, and other Ritter Communications locations as required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work in the elements and walk frequently.
• Ability to travel for business requirements; must possess a valid Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.
