Position Summary:

This role is for individuals looking to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment at Sam’s Club in Texarkana, TX.

$19.00/hr - $27.00/hr

• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics by following the Open Door Policy and implementing action plans.
• Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment safely, picking up, moving, and positioning merchandise pallets.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
• Receive stock, organize merchandise and supplies, manage inventory flow, and maintain logs and documentation.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and guiding them with self‑service technology and purchasing decisions.
• Maintain facility safety by conducting sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Assure proper merchandising presentation and clean displays, remove damaged goods, and monitor security, shrink, and safety risks.
• Help fill club pick‑up orders, stage merchandise, and perform audits for accuracy.
• Track goods, maintain in‑stock levels, and control shrinkage using inventory tools and equipment.
• Identify technology needs, assist members with technology services, and model best practices for technology use.

The hourly wage range is $19.00 to $27.00. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage for the job location. Additional premiums may be paid between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

• 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification and the ability to safely use pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
