All about Style: A Style Consultant is passionate about strong operations and providing an incredible guest experience, delivering in-store presentations and ensuring the floor is set with the right product, pricing, and signage.

We believe in meaningful experiences that help team members build and develop skills for a career. The role provides the skills and experiences of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals, industry trends, and visual merchandising knowledge.

• Our guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store
• Retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies and basic visual merchandising
• Industry trends including style, seasonality, and brand differentiation
• Set, fill, and price the floor according to what is most important to the guest

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory, and to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization, including locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes and signing execution for clearance merchandising.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup and Drive-Up with compliance to laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist with specific needs.
• All other duties based on business needs

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories

• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
• Ability to climb ladders
• Safely handle merchandise up to 44 pounds with/without assistance
• Flexible work schedule; reliable attendance
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout)
