Overview

Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) (T1811) rting hourly rate: $15.00 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist with their specific needs.
• Engage with guests to solve issues, communicate current promotions, store activities and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve issues and improve guest experience, including Target App features and Wallet.
• Assist guests with orders including Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and online ordering; direct guests to enroll and use these features.
• Handle returns following Target policies and procedures, partnering with Leaders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours while remaining available to guests.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pickup, drive-up, and returns, including compliance with applicable laws.
• Other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Physical capabilities: ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally; stay mobile for shift duration.
