Senior Assistant Store Manager

• Establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
• Supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.

• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Physical demands: more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work up to 38 hours per week.
