Assistant Store Manager

Hourly rate ranges from $15.00 – $15.25 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operation, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
• Develop staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage.
• Handle all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age 18.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Physical demands: over 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
