We are hiring immediately for full‑time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.

• Location:
  
  CHRISTUS Saint Michael – 2600 Saint Michael's Drive, Texarkana, TX 75503 (online applications only).
• Schedule:
  
  Full‑time; days and hours may vary. Details discussed during interview.
• Requirement:
  Prior experience in customer service is required.
• Pay Range: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policies and procedures.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
