Front Of House Team Member – Jaggers Restaurant Careers

$9.00 – $15.50 per hour

The FOH Team Member is responsible for multiple functional areas including counter service, drive‑through order taking, window service, and drink preparation. The position involves taking orders, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service.

• Drive‑Through Order Taker (Outdoor): takes orders accurately, processes credit card payments, answers guest questions, uses POS tablet, communicates with teammates, follows timeliness and accuracy guidelines.
• Counter Service: takes orders, processes cash and credit card payments, answers guest questions, delivers orders to tables, assists with dining room cleaning, uses POS system, follows timeliness and accuracy guidelines.
• Drive‑Through Window (Indoor): delivers orders, processes cash and credit card payments, confirms order accuracy and quality, follows timeliness and accuracy guidelines.
• Drinks/Shakes: prepares drinks and milk shakes according to recipes, reads and uses order screen, follows timeliness and accuracy guidelines.
• All Positions: communicates effectively, adheres to security and teamwork policies, maintains dress code and hygiene, maintains sanitation standards, cleans equipment after shift, brings fun to the work environment.
