Shift: 2 p.m. – 10 p.m. (8‑hour shift)

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Reunion Plaza Senior Care and Rehabilitation Center, you will provide personal care to residents, assist the charge nurse, and deliver exceptional service as part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to superior clinical care, rehabilitation, wellness, and supportive services.

• Provide personal care to residents in a manner that promotes safety and comfort consistent with community policy.
• Promote and support the greatest possible degree of independence for residents.
• Advise supervising charge nurse of resident’s status at the beginning and end of the shift.
• Contribute knowledge of resident’s conditions and needs to resident care plans.
• Assist in the implementation of care plans as directed within the parameters of established policy and procedure.
• Observe and report on residents’ conditions; document observations as required.
• Comply with safe lifting and/or transfer procedures per established policies.
• Perform moderate to heavy lifting as needed.
• Ensure that equipment is clean and functional.
• Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks to maintain a clean, hazard‑free environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

• State certification as a nursing assistant.
